The term “range anxiety” is now officially part of the english language. EV drivers deal with it fairly regularly these days. While driving an EV is special, most EV drivers will confess that range anxiety becomes a worry more than you would like it to be.
EVs are no longer “hobby” cars. As EVs are becoming the primary car for more and more owners everyday, we are attempting to address range anxiety by throwing some “real” data at the problem. Since the range we get from our EVs depend on multiple factors, we are compiling a database from real users on the “real” range they get from their EVs with variables like average speed, outside temperature, load and terrain.
Our aim is to help the EV community ease range anxiety by having access to “real” data that has been crowdsourced by other EV drivers.
Enter the Make and Model of an EV along with the From and To location details to see the range other drivers got when they travelled that route. We also encourage you to submit data from some of your own EV adventures.
